Online assessment and diagnosis of ADHD in adults
We offer online assessments for ADHD in adults, conducted in English, throughout Spain, and carried out by psychiatrists with extensive experience.

For whom is an adult ADHD assessment indicated?
An ADHD assessment is aimed at adults who have persistent difficulties with attention, organization, impulsivity, planning, time management, or daily functioning and want to assess whether ADHD may be involved.
It is also beneficial in cases with unclear previous diagnoses or for those who aim to have a thorough clinical assessment before starting treatment.
This assessment is conducted online, and it is aimed at adults throughout Spain.

How is the assessment?
The assessment is conducted online and consists of two sessions with an experienced psychiatrist. A comprehensive assessment is performed, including medical history, current symptoms, their progression, and impact. We conduct an diagnostic assessment for ADHD in adults using the DIVA-5, and develop a follow-up and treatment plan.

First Assessment Session
Focused on understanding your situation. We review your medical and mental health history, your current symptoms, and their impact on your personal, academic, and professional life. In this session, we begin the DIVA-5, the international interview for assessing and diagnosing ADHD in adults. We review your ADHD symptoms, whether they were present in childhood or adolescence, and how they impact your personal, family, academic, and professional life. It may be helpful to have a companion who can provide additional information.
Duration: 60 minutes
Fee: 150 €
Second Assessment Session
We complete the DIVA-5 interview and assess your case in detail. We explain the results, the diagnostic guidance, and answer any questions you may have. If ADHD is diagnosed, we work with you to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. We review the treatment options, their advantages and disadvantages, and everything you need to know to ensure effective treatment so you can begin immediately if you wish. We also detail the follow-up process to adjust the treatment and ensure it remains the most suitable for you.
