How it works?
1. First assessment appointment
Your medical history and current symptoms are reviewed, as well as their impact on your personal, academic, and professional life. The DIVA-5 assessment, an internationally recognized method for diagnosing ADHD in adults, is then initiated.
2. Second assessment appointment
We finish the DIVA-5 interview, explain the results and diagnostic orientation, answer questions, and propose a personalized treatment plan.
3. Follow-ups
After starting treatment, a schedule of follow-up appointments is established to evaluate its effectiveness. This schedule will be adjusted according to your progress and personal circumstances.

ADHD assessment conducted by a psychiatrist in two sessions (90 and 60 minutes). A detailed evaluation is performed using the DIVA-5 tool, the diagnostic orientation is explained, and a treatment plan is proposed.

A 45-minute online assessment with a psychiatrist for already diagnosed patients who want to start or continue treatment. A report from a previous psychiatrist with the diagnosis or an assessment by a mental health professional using the DIVA-5 is required.

30-minute online follow-up sessions with a psychiatrist to assess progress and adjust treatment. Follow-up is always conducted by a psychiatrist to ensure optimal results.
